I’m so disappointed with this toilet I had to reinstall and install this thing like four times replacing what I thought was the problem the wax ring. After doing this so many times I realize that it was leaking internally from one of the hoses or something above the screw hole where it connects to the Plastic anchor. What a piece of Wow, their response was quite a surprise. They really took care of the issue and I really appreciate it how they handled everything.
