I contacted the company and they sent me two new parts which I had installed but still had a problem, I contacted them again and seems the issue was due to two wires that was crossed. I’m so disappointed with this toilet I had to reinstall and install this thing like four times replacing what I thought was the problem the wax ring. After doing this so many times I realize that it was leaking internally from one of the hoses or something above the screw hole where it connects to the Plastic anchor. What a piece of Wow, their response was quite a surprise. They really took care of the issue and I really appreciate it how they handled everything. First of all, I’d like to state that the customer service by the seller is outstanding and will do whatever it takes to work with the client to meet and resolve a problem.
