I have been using this device for several months and finally decided to leave a review because of how impressed I continue to be with it. I decided to pick this cleaner from the others because it seemed it was geared towards cleaning of teeth and not dogs. The product images were also appealing versus some others which seemed like basic stock or AI images. Be sure to read the directions that come with it and the accessible videos are very helpful to get to know the cleaner to its fullest. It is very well made, "feels" you are getting quality product when you hold it. I find that you can use the device with or without water, but it is definitely more comfortable with water. I have had quite a bit of dental work over the years so I like to use it with the water setting around my old caps. I think many dentists might be upset if they knew something like this is available because it does such a good job cleaning your teeth and at least in my opinion I find it extremely safe with the built in settings that only allow it to work on the tooth. The media could not be loaded. The scaler works when placed on the tooth, but it doesn’t spray water. I contacted them, and they sent me another one, but the second one had the same problem. The price of this product is essentially for the camera integrated under the scaler, which is actually difficult to use. If you just need a quick cleaning for tartar or stains and your teeth aren't too sensitive, this stuff should do the trick. Read more
