SMARTAKE Parchment Paper Roll for Baking 13 in x 278 ft 300 sq ft Non-Stick Baking Paper Sheets

This is my first time ordering this product, and I have a feeling it will be my “go to” parchment paper from now on. I’m very happy with the quality. I’ve used it several times s as and nothing has stuck at all. I really love that this comes in such a large roll. I use parchment paper for almost anything that is going in my oven. The 13” width works really well for me also because almost all my baking sheets are 13” wide. They don’t carry big rolls like this in my grocery store and I looked at a lot of different brands before choosing this one. I found it was either equal to or less than all of the others. Obsessed! I use a lot of parchment paper in my bakery and have always hated it because it’s always too big for the pan and tears horribly. I absolutely love this parchment paper. It is silky soft. It’s not too wide, so it fits an average Cookie sheet and I really love the cutting feature. That works really well. The media could not be loaded. If you are a crafter that uses parchment paper, this is the perfect roll for you. I have tried several different brands including reynolds. I have used rolls and precut parchment paper. The rolls the box loses shape and hard to tear off with that sharp metal blade. The precuts are not always the right size, and you sometimes have to struggle with more than one. This parchment paper comes with a sliding blade that you put on top of the box. It is so easy to use that i can get one piece of paper with one hand. After suffering through several trials and errors, I finally found this parchment paper. Great value, I use this for cookies, baking, brisket, my freeze dryer wrapping paper, placemats for my kids to color and eat off of, pretty much whatever you are doing in the kitchen this will work for you. Doesn't function as a paper towel though. Read more

I was pleasantly surprised on how well this parchment paper works especially because you get such a large amount of it for an amazingly low price! My bread now has a very crispy crust and it keeps my cuts of meat nice and fresh longer than in those horrible plastic bags that most supermarkets give you nowadays when you purchase meat from the meat counter!
