I purchased this product and it worked as advertised. I’ve read a review or two here where the reviewers said the device wouldn’t stay on for more than a few seconds. I’ve found it is because once you plug it into your phone (iPhone in my case), you have to unlock your home screen in order for it to stay on, but once it’s running you can click your phone back off and the device will stay running throughout its 16 min cycle and it will beep when done. It’s easy to clean. No mess, and it works. Just apply the whitening gel from the Smileactives pen and presto. I noticed whiter teeth after the second use and each day got progressively for about 10 days. Then I switched to a maintenance use of about twice a week. It’s been working fine for about a year and it’s still going as if new. The only superior product I’ve found is an actual professional whitening done by a dental professional in one sitting, which I did once many years ago. I’m getting comparable results with this product. It just takes some consistent use for the first 10 days or so. Read more
