I’m around 190 lbs, had an extended tummy tuck and lipo on my entire back, this has been a great compression garment for me. My measurements are 46 hips and 34 inch waist. I sized down from an XL to a large instead. This faja is very comfortable and I can put actual clothes on with out it being noticeable. UPDATE!!!! ok, so these are NOT for me! I still gave them 3 stars because my issue might not bother you. My issue is the crotch. The faja has a seam right down the middle to where the zipper starts and when I tell you it digs in!!!! Anytime I sat down or layed down it dug in the hard! Painful!!! I am 5'5, I am pretty average height, so I dont know why it would pull like that. It was UNBEARABLE! I had originally purchased 2 for postsurgery. A small and an x-small. I started with the small and ended up throwing it out! Can you imagine just throwing out $160! We'll I did! And I thankfully hadn't opened the other one so I returned it. Unbearable!!!! ‐------------------------------------------------------- I have had such a hard time finding a faja that fits my waist super tight while not making my hips feel tight or hurt or dig in. I'm 5'5, 150lbs, I ordered a small and still have hooks to tighten. My waist measures at 29 in the faja and my hips at 42, there is no compression on my butt. It SHOULD be hard to get on. If it's easy, ITS TOO BIG!!! I'm just so happy that it gives so much room for my hips and butt while still being super tight around my midsection. Also, the thighs do not roll up, they are long enough that they dont dig in and roll up, love the length. I'm hoping to eventually fit into the xs. They are a bit pricey but good fajas are! I had to order 4 of these yes 4 to find my size, I ordered an XL twice by accident, then I ordered a L, finally a 2x , I got lipo 360 no BBl, so I am absolutely super swollen , I’m not sure why so many people are advising sizing down multiple sizes , but your swelling comes and goes , if you’re wearing this after surgery, I am a xl in other brands , but this brand runs small so I’m in a 2x, I naturally have big legs and a big butt , so I had to make sure the faja fit my thighs comfortably, the 2x was almost to small, I am on my first row , I am 5’2 ,194 pounds ,hourglass curvy , before the lipo 360, size 10-12 pants depending on the brand , M-L shirts , I cut the booty part a little more because I don’t want to accidentally pee on the faja , I plan to get this faja customized at a later date so I won’t have to order multiples Read more

I tried on a dozen different brands on Amazon, some are too tight, some are not tight enough, some are snug at the wrong places. When I first got this one this one, it was so tight and it was cutting into my waist, very uncomfortable. I was going to return it. Then I talked to my lymphatic masseuse, she told me to use my hands to stretch it our like new shoes. I did that and omg, it fits so much better now. It’s really snug but in all the right places.
