I bought this item because the soap holder in my shower is made of metal wires. When I put a soap bar in there, it gets shredded in just a few days. I put this on top of the soap holder to act as "insulation" for my soap bar and it works like magic! It keeps my soap off of the wires and also let's it drain to keep it dry. I absolutely love this product and here's why, it will safe you money while looking good at the same time. We already have three of this one. We have a very contemporary / Modern home and we do care about the stuff we put in our home, specially the areas which guests will use. This product fits our style perfectly since it has somewhat of an artistic look and the color fits our timeless color pallet in our home. It is very easy to clean, just rinse it with warm water and all the soap residue is out, and will not get clogged easily, meaning that your soap will always stay dry and therefore last longer and be more pleasant to use since it will not get soggy. Many other soap dishes are designed not to drain the water, but rather collect the water, and if the soap is heavily used it will soon be resting in a pool of a soap dense water. I ordered the charcoal colored soap lift. It arrived quickly, and I am happy with the quality of the product. It works well to keep my handmade soaps from resting in water in the shower. My only complaint is that I ordered the charcoal color and received a light blue one instead. I was really excited about the charcoal but I don’t care for the blue one. I know mistakes happen, but it’s frustrating when the product received is not the one ordered. Read more

I really wasn’t sure what to expect when I purchased this product however once o got it and opened it and set it on the counter my family loved it so I ordered 2 more. You may get another color than the classy dark blue shown. What arrived was a sort of purple, really not too attractive. You may be a little underwhelmed at what you get vs the price you pay. (I got mine from WF so I guess people really do pay five bucks when they see it in the store? Wow.) BUT it will lift your soap and keep it dry. So, there's that. Read more
