Nice bright green!!
I've never had matcha before. I did some research and decided to try SOAR. I'm not sorry I did! I haven't had a plain cup of tea, but I did make Matcha Tiramisu for my husband (who loves Italian Tiramisu) from a recipe I found online. I do have a Matcha set so I used the bamboo whisk and the Matcha blended completely and very easily. My husband loved the Matcha Tiramisu saying it was much lighter than Italian Tiramisu! I would definitely buy this brand again!! It comes in a can with a "pop-open" lid so you know it is fresh! Read more
