This matcha is PERFECT. After doing lots of research, I found that this brand does the most rigorous testing for lead and contaminants. AMAZING! This is my very understated and very candid review and I do not work for this company. I had never heard of Matcha before this was recommended to me. This is something that I never would have purchased or known about and now I'm telling everyone that I know about Matcha. Maybe it's just my experience, but this is something that is really unique. The flavor, the smell and this calm energy. I rarely drink tea or coffee, but many years ago someone had suggested that I look into drinking green tea. I never got around to looking into it and then this showed up so I decided to give it a try. I'm so, so, so glad that I did and I'm really serious. This can be mixed with cold water and it has this unusual and very unique taste that I just love. A few hours after my first glass I had this desire to drink more. I thought that was "extremely unusual" so I did some research and ended up going down the rabbit hole on a really deep dive. Maybe ten hours (so far) of deep serious research into the history of Matcha, where it comes from, how it's made, the ingredients and I'm only just beginning. Amazon has some restrictions about health claims and benefits in reviews. I think that this is appropriate and wise of Amazon. I also think that anyone reading this review would be best served by doing their own research. This matcha tea is so pure! Not sure you can find this high quality organic matcha tea for this price anywhere else. I drink my matcha both, cold nd hot, and to me is a treat, not an everyday thing.
