I happened upon this sweater by accident and it's such a pleasant surprise. Cashmere can be so pricey, but this is a hidden gem! The color of the sweater is exactly as the website describes. It's lightweight and sooooo soft. it doesn't itch at all. It's comfy enough to wear all day at work without getting super hot (I'm a teacher on my feet all day). I didn't know about this brand so I researched it first. I'll put the summary of that info below the rest of my review in case you're interested. I'm having a really great experience with my sweater so far. There's no pilling, it fits true to size, and it feels like cashmere to me. However, I'm *not* a cashmere expert in any way. So, take this review for what it is: a genuine review of my positive experience with this sweater. If you're more knowledgeable about cashmere, I'd check the specs to compare. The quality and softness of this sweater was the first thing I noticed. It’s not as thick as most cardigans I have - but boy is it just as warm! I ordered this cardigan looking for a light layering piece to add to my wardrobe. I was wondering if it was going hoping the color would be closer to a light gray, but when it arrived it seemed more of a light khaki. The sweater is a blend of 35% Cashmere and 65% Australian Wool. It is soft, and the Large size fits as expected. It is fitted but not too tight, with ribbed cuffs at the sleeves and hem. I feel this sweater is a fair value for the materials and construction. This sweater is so soft and lovely! The color is really pretty in person - it’s a blue-toned light cranberry red and the fiber content makes it look almost heathered. Soft against the skin and very warm. I don’t really need a jacket very often where I live, a nice warm sweater like this will make a perfect outer layer when it’s chilly out. Fit is true to size - I wanted slightly oversized on the body while still looking tailored. The sleeves hit perfectly at my wrist. I have a long torso and this sweater had plenty of length. This sweater did not meet my expectations, and I am very disappointed with it for several reasons. The fit is not as described or shown, and puckers oddly around the middle. Instead of a lovely, light lavender, the sweater is a deep, Barney the dinosaur purple. The fabric is somewhat soft, but is very fuzzy and pills very quickly. I passed this on to another family member, and cannot stomach knowing the price that is being asked for such a low quality sweater. I do not recommend it. Read more
