Only knocking one star off because I originally ordered two of the grey and got one grey and one wood color. I was able to easily return and get a replacement though so that was fine. Comes complete with the tools needed to put it together. Easily holds 6-8 pairs of shoes if you are leaving the top free for purses or parcels when you come in the door.
