I've ordered so many of these, compatible with Smart Things. Response time is fairly quick with my WiFi connection, includes an easy to push manual button on side. Has a very soft click sound that isn't noticeable unless it's super quiet & you're paying attention. Lol. Size is great, about the width of the outlet cover as pictured. Purchased two of these and they have been in use for over three years now. The pro: They do what they say - connect to Hubitat, allow zigbee control, respond quickly, and are small (they don't block the other plug on the outlet, which is great) The cons: They are a bit chatty, as they check in with the hub every 5 minutes, and there is no way (in Hubitat) to control that setting. Also, after three years, they have both started to emit a high pitched squeal, loud enough that I can no longer use these in a room where people sleep. I've repurposed them to areas that are not typically inhabited so the squeal is not discernable. This makes me question the build quality/longevity. As of this writing (3 years after purchase) they are both still functioning albeit with the squeal. One is noticeably louder than the other but they both now squeal, and they did not upon receipt. It works as advertised. My specific setup is a SONOFF Zigbee 3.0 Dongle setup through UnRaid with Zigbee2MQTT and HomeBridge. It's discovered on the network and does work as a "Router" as advertised. My Aqara temperature sensor will also speak to it which is a plus as Aqara devices don't talk to all types of router/ repeaters. Only downside as range is not the best, it will struggle to talk to my hub a few rooms down so I have this set up in the hallway and will need to add some more for better coverage. Read more

**UPDATE** After review with Amazon support and reordering, I did receive these in a ZigBee variant and have been using them reliably for a few months now. These work well, stay connected, and are fairly low profile as far as smart plugs go. Definitely can't beat the price either. **PREVIOUS REVIEW** I've got probably 100 smart devices mostly on Zwave or ZigBee from lights, to switches, curtains, sensors, and more so, i know what to look for and this is not user error. Both the listing and packaging say this is a Zigbee device but, having received it and reviewed the product and instructions, i know this is not the case. Might be a sticker/labeling issue but, I'd stay away from these until someone reputable clarifies. Read more

Ordered this on sale as it was an excellent price for a Zigbee smartplug. Received it and didn't need it at the time so stuck it on a shelf. Today I went to use it and realized that it is actually a WiFi plug. It is labeled as Zigbee but there is no Zigbee. SmartThings is unable to find it. It came with instructions for connecting it to WiFi. I would return this if I could but it is too late. Read more
