I did a lot of research before purchasing the 65 inch Sony Bravia 9 model. The merchant offered a competitive price, an extended warranty and next day shipping. It arrived on schedule in an unmarked brown box, which was great because I was not there when it arrived and I was worried someone might be enticed to try to walk away with a box that was labeled,“expensive Sony tv.” I love my new TV; it performs as advertised, especially in low light scenes. The color quality is excellent. The sound quality is also good, but I added Sonos surround sound speakers, so it’s hard to say what it would be like on its own. I’ve always believed if you’re going to spend the money to buy a premium quality Sony television, you need decent surround sound speakers. Read more

Great looking TV. But false advertising by either Amazon and / or Beach Camera. The additional items HDMI cables nor the exclusive 26 month protection was provided. I should have refused delivery and have Amazon take it back. The delivery personnel (very professional) told me just to call Customer service and they would take care of it. Nope; they blame Beach Camera. Neither company wants to take any responsibility. Next time, I will refuse delivery. Read more

Great TV and price, but delivery nightmare

The TV is beyond amazing. The delivery experience was a nightmare. I placed the order on 2-18 and it arrived on 3-4 despite the vendor (Beach Camera) purchasing 5 day service. I was told by the carrier (CEVA) that there was a 2 day weather delay in OH, but that doesn't account for all of the extra time. Also, the tracking info showed the delivery flying from NJ to OH to SF to PDX to SEA to PDX (ridiculous). CEVA actually called me three different time to rearrange delivery with different excuses why the previous date couldn't be met. The TV and price from Beach Camera were top notch, but Beach Camera needs a more reliable national delivery service. Read more
