Waste of $
Player worked fine first day or two, then VCR recordings were difficult to hear because when the VCR played back a recording, I was also listening to the TV channel on the screen. I would change the TV channel to a station with no sound and could hear the audio on the recording fine. Customer service suggested purchasing an adapter to transition the recording to my computer, use a software package to strip out the unwanted video, then burn a DVD. Now the equipment monitor will not stop blinking, the machine will only turn off if I unplug it and it has my favorite DVD workout and a VCR tape that it won't release. Definitely returning this as it was expensive. Read more

Didn't work for us
We ordered this because we could watch both VHS & CD's. The player was defective and returned. Received immediate credit and reorder a different one. Read more
Broke tapes; do not buy
After successfully playing three VHS tapes, the fourth and fifth broke in the machine. I know these tapes were fine as I had played them before. Clearly, this is a mechanical issue with this VCR. Garbage. Will never trust this vendor again. Do not buy. Read more
Need to send "User Guide".
Need of "User Guide" for this product. Card saying "Scan Me" attempted. Phone call got disconnected before more instructions received, my fault. My ear bumped the "Off" button. Unable to reach anyone since then. Did call number provided, left message but it hasn't been returned. Would appreciate some help. Read more
DVD stopped working after limited use over 15 months.
Quality of use was good for three family viewing sessions before the DVD player stopped playing after owning this rejuvenated item for 15 months. Read more
