Don’t buy here
The dvd player didn’t work and the vhs player didn’t play on the first try, smelled of burning plastic and ruined a valued and irreplaceable recording of relatives that have died. Would not recommend this business at all. If I could give less than one star, I would. Am out $250 and recorded memories of my family. Look elsewhere. Read more
Good used combo DVD/VHS player.
Nice unexpected accessories came with the package including a universal remote already tuned to player, conversion kit from standard av connectors to hdmi (didn’t get to work with tv), batteries etc. VHS & DVD players work fine. Had trouble with dvd tracking, May have been a poor quality disc. Appears to be in overall good condition, especially for a used reconditioned unit. Read more

Excellent device! Package arrived with all cables and items needed for setup and Video clarity.. Works well with my VHS tapes. Personal NOTE: Since the rewind function is always the first to malfunction, I use a separate “auto-rewind” device for the rewinding of cassettes. Read more

Product was a piece of junk. It ate two VHS tapes. Ruined them. It also would not allow me to play any DVDs. I would strongly recommend never buying a refurbished item from Amazon. They obviously do not check or test what they claim to have repaired. Read more
