Product quality is lacking, the 2nd umbrella was sent to us free of charge by the same vendor. SAME problem the product FADES even when CLOSED from a dark red to middle-shaded red to eventually a pale pink whether umbrella is CLOSED or OPEN. This product is nice aesthetically but is made from a low-quality fabric that does NOT retain its fully dyed color. For background, we have three 6 year-old 10 foot rectangular umbrellas on our 900 sqft patio purchased a Patio store in our state for $600 each, made from Sunbrella & Octavia fabric made via Treasure Gardens and they NEVER faded. So seems you need to spend $600-$1000 to get a genuine quality product and not $215. Read more
