Sorel Womens Kinetic Impact Sandal

Wow! I rarely write reviews but had to review these shoes. I have foot problems including bunions and cramping. My feet are average width but due to bunions, I usually have to order size wide shoes. Sandals are always a problem because the straps always fall over my painful bunions causing too much pressure. I have tried several sandals at all price ranges including "podiatrist recommended " brands. Usually, my favorite sandal is a Birkenstock but I like variety. I am 66 years old and still try to be trendy. That being said, I LOVE these shoes. I was hesitant to buy them due to the sole which I thought would be clumsy. These are comfortable right out of the box. The straps land in the right place and do not cause pain. The platform sole is cushiony and feels like walking on a cloud. I wore them 2 days in a row doing several errands without cramping. Unlike other reviews, I did not find the ankle strap too tight or cutting. I wear a size 9 and these are spot on. Have recommended them to 2 friends with foot problems. I bought the Fawn color and they do not look like bandages as one person described them. They are a nice neutral that blends with my outfits. I plan to get another pair in the future for a trip to Italy. My foot does not rock in them and stays stable on uneven surfaces. Only negative is they make a little squeaky sound at times while walking. That is not a game changer for me. They are pricey but the comfort, for me, makes them worth the price. Read more

I LOVE the Sorel brand shoes. Like walking on air. However, this style cuts across my narrow ankle and was uncomfortable which I'm really bummed out about. I had to return them for that reason. I wish I could have kept them. Keep trying all of the other styles until you find the right one for your foot. They are worth the money! Read more

Very comfortable, walking is a pleasure. I have a size 8. I ordered 8, which is perfect for me (I like the leg to be comfortable, and nothing is crushed anywhere). Of the minuses, they are bulky, the leg seems huge. But they look like sneakers rather than sandals. They came to me dirty. I bought these because I needed a comfortable shoe with a 2” wedge to match my walking boot after breaking my ankle. I’ll also need a comfortable shoe when I can wear two shoes again! These are amazing so far- lots of cushion and no cutting into my toes or ankle. Fits true to size, and accommodates my wideish foot just fine. Read more

I ordered two of the same size and 1 fit way too big and the other was too tight. For some reason, I didn’t feel like they were authentic. I’d rather order them from a sorel store instead of here bc this was a 3rd party seller. Read more
