I've used a variety of patch products and thought that these large size patches are good for helping clusters of breakouts. In addition, hydrocolloid patches can help draw out oil so it is also good for treating general sections of skin. The patches are individually wrapped which is good for freshness and portability. The backing comes off easy and it is a good size for forehead or cheek area. Mine stuck on overnight without falling off and in the morning I was able to see all the excess drawn onto the patch. They do have a lot of acne and are your typical pimply greasy teenage but they love this large sizes for their cheeks and forehead and they always eagerly show me how much they pull. These are great if you have a cluster of spots somewhere, or if you have some blemishes on your shoulder blade or back, the larger patch stays in place better. These are good and I love the large size. But they don't work as well as Sosky's smaller pimple patches. They do seem to reduce redness a little and draw impurities to the surface of the skin. But the smaller ones of this same brand just do a better, more efficient, faster job - and they blend in better with skin. Read more
