I am so impressed and happy to have finally found a headset that does monitoring with no latency and has built in effect instead of my old one that needed to be charged and had so many cables just to use with an android phone and I needed separate headphones to hear myself this is just one neat connection and done. I cannot say if it will last long since it is a typical thin headphone wire but it seems to have good quality and clarity without static or background noise when recording, I love it, its so portable and the phone usbc port is the sound cards power supply and audio connection. I have only had it a few hours but I already made about 7 SMULE app recordings and it works beautifully for that app and I am confident it would be great for streaming or podcasts or any singing karaoke app. I am already contemplating buying more for family who enjoy singing and need the monitoring feature to help them hear their own singing and improve to sing. The only con of these earphones I have to mention is they are a bit rough on the ear canal and I may add some silicone covers to them because I like to use them for extended amounts of time since I record a lot of songs. The volume was extremely high, and I was unable to lower it even after double checking the instructions and following them, and every time the notifying voice came on didn't it didn't feel too good for the ears. Since I could not lower the volume I couldn't continue wearing them, but during the time I had them on, the voice pickup was very good, did not detect any lag, the sound quality was also good. I Did get crackling static across the earbuds at times when moving my head. I was using an older phone, A Galaxy S7 with an adaptor for it, it connected up with no problems. The computer also had no problem connecting via Bluetooth. I'm giving it a 3 star due to the crackling static sound and the volume control needs to be better. Read more
