The sound is great. My husband says that I don't answer questions while I have them on so the noise cancellation must be pretty good! I had no problems syncing it with my computer so the the compatibility is good. It was easy to set up. It fits my ears very well. Some months ago, prior to travelling on a long flight to Europe, I decided to purchase a newer pair of headphones. They worked very well prior to and during the flights. I was highly-satisfied. Then, after about 32 days of ownership, they started to have a static sound while listening to them. I contacted their customer service department. They were extremely responsive and after recommending I attempt some troubleshooting steps that were not successful, they shipped me a new pair of headphones; "no questions asked." They did not want me to return the defected set of headphones. These replacement headphones have worked perfectly. I am impressed with the quality of the noise cancelling program. You have 3 choices for the settings. On the plane, they reduced the loud engine noise by about 75%. This is excellent for a set of headphones in this price range. The app that is utilized for these headphones, is excellent. It allows you to select from more than 20 listening modes. You can readily hear the difference between each setting and you can change it based on the type of music you are listening to. For a set of headphones in this very affordable price point, these headphones offer solid quality of sound. It is easy to adjust the volume. I have had no issues related to connecting the headphones to bluetooth. In conclusion, I would highly-recommend this product to other customers. The customer service is of the highest quality. the headphones are pretty good. the audio is clear and provides a more detailed listening experience than listening out of a phone speaker. they connect via Bluetooth but also have a port to make them wired. they charge with a USB c and hold a charge a long time. they have a transparency mode and a noise cancelling mode that can be switched between via buttons on the headphones or by the app. the headphones are turned on and off by holding the play button and you can skip by holding the volume buttons. the only reason they aren't five stars is that sometimes the buttons aren't responsive or take too long to work. other than that they are pretty good headphones. Completely exceeded my expectations. I've worked in radio for about 15 years and I was looking for an over the ear headset to use on an upcoming flight because personally, I just cant make ear buds work for me. To be honest, my expectations weren't high. The sound quality however, was rich and balanced, with surprisingly deep bass and clear vocals. The hybrid active noise cancelling works incredibly well — at one point, there was a baby rage crying two rows behind me and I wasnt even listening to music, I just had these over my ears and I barely noticed her tantrum. They’re also extremely comfortable. The ear cushions are soft, the headband is light, and I can wear them for hours without any discomfort. Battery life is outstanding too — I’ve gone multiple days on a single charge. Setup was super easy, the Bluetooth connection is stable. For the price, these headphones feel like a premium product. I like to listen to audiobooks. The headphones I owned hurt my ears after wearing them for an extended period of time. I researched comfortable headphones that were also affordable. These had favorable reviews and were reasonably priced. My son is tech savvy, and when I asked him if he thought they were really comfortable, he asked if I’d like to try them on. Turns out he had already bought this same brand and really likes them. So I purchased this one and I’m glad I did. The part that goes over my ears is larger than on my previous headphones. These are extremely comfortable. The noise cancellation makes a big difference, too. And I love that it is rechargeable. It comes with instructions and a charge cord. The sides are clearly marked R and L inside the ear pieces. The controls are located on the right side and are a little tricky to operate while wearing the headphones, but I’m sure that will become easier as I get used to them. Just received the Soundcore by Anke4 Q20i and pulled them out of the box. They were very easy to pair. They sound Amazing. With the Soundcore app provides customizations for sound equalization and the ability to switch between Noise cancelation, Normal and Transparent Mode. The instructions on how to use them are very easily accessed from the sound core app. The headphones can get firmware updates. You connect dual devices straight from the app. The headphones look well built. It is worth the price for the value of these Awesome and well thought out head phones. I'd buy again. Read more
