I know this ice cream maker hasn’t been out there very long because there hasn’t been any reviews yet and I do look at them before I purchase. But somebody has to be first and I thought well they do have a decent warranty so I made the leap and bought it and I’m not sorry. The first thing I did after cleaning it was to give it a good work out and I made 4 batches of ice cream right off. I’m on like my 5th batch and i freakin love this sucker. I’ve had NO PROBLEMS with this machine whatsoever it’s worked perfectly since i took it out the box. It takes 59 minutes to complete a batch regardless of how big or small. The best thing is there’s no refrigeration time just cool the base in an ice bath using two metal bowls to around 20 degrees and pop it in the machine and bam icecream in approx an hour or 1.5 if including prep time. Pretty intuitive to use. Only 3 buttons and 2 would have sufficed for us. Put your ingredients together, pour them in, press start, set the timer and...walk away. No ice. No need to freeze containers. No hassles. Takes about an hour and then it's about the consistency of soft serve and ready to eat. Put it in the freezer for hard frozen. Easy peasy Read more

This is a great machine and very easy to use. I just can't figure out Step 2 in the Instruction Manual where it says to pour the prepared recipe ingredients and warm water into the removable bowl. What is the warm water for and how much do you put in???????? Read more

Have made many quarts of ice cream in one day without having to pre-freeze the bowl. Easy to use, does what it's suppose to do. Wish the container, paddle, scraper, and lid was dishwasher safe. Other than that, very happy with purchase. Read more
