Love this machine

I was hesitant to splurge on this machine but it is worth every cent: the flavor and texture of the ice cream is phenomenal. And it makes yogurt too. The only downside, a minor one, is that it is difficult to get the ice cream off the churning paddle. I don’t find it too noisy, but you do know when it’s running. The instructions could be a little clearer, especially for the churning time. I find that it takes about 50 minutes to make a batch of ice cream. Read more
