Just got back from 5 miles of roadwork. This product is legit. As soon as I took it off, I noticed my lung capacity increased. I feel amazing and after the first use of this product, I can already tell you this is absolutely worth it especially for the price. The size is fine I have a big nose though so it kinda is annoying pressure absolutely amazing mask it’s kind of hard to believe how they can sell something so good for so cheap. I’ve been using this mask on runs consistently for the last month and I’ve felt a noticeable strengthening in my lungs. I live about 500 feet higher than sea level and I am training for a marathon in Denver, Colorado (mile high city). The mask is easy to clean and use. I’ve worn it on 2 hour runs comfortably. I’ve progressed in resistance since the start. Only problem is I have a small face and head so the straps do slide around and can cause the mask to loosen a bit while in use. Because of this, it is hard to judge if I am getting the full benefit of the product, but it is better than nothing at all. Read more
Comfortable, with lots of adjustments. I like that you can restrict both the inhale and exhale independently. I also like that it disassembles for cleaning. I think I'd let the strap air dry instead of tossing it in the dryer to preserve the elastic. Easy to take apart and reassemble too. One thing to consider is that this does take up a bit of space on your face, in particular in the nose area. Due to everything going on in the world right now, the gym is no longer an option for me and I'm doing more outdoor running. I'm a pretty avid runner, and training masks have always intrigued me. Also, strengthening your lungs and overall endurance is probably a good thing these days. So, I finally decided to pull the trigger on this one based on pretty decent reviews. All I can say is wow, I'm very happy with the purchase. I'm not going to lie, part of me wondered if these masks were a tad on the gimmicky side. I can tell you this one is not. It amps up your workout. It will probably take most people some time getting used to it, but it really pushes you. The intensity of your breathing is very elevated. It's pretty comfortable and adjustable. It has two dials which adjust the resistance. I had to start low, and I run a lot! The dials basically adjust the airflow going in and out. The price is good too compared to others in the market. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. It's a good, quality product. I feel like I'm going to have a great summer of running and health.
