Great inserts
These inserts have worked great for me. I’m a repeat buyer. I had plantar fasciitis and they helped me and prevented it from coming back. They aren’t too high for the arches but enough for support. Read more

I love these -- they have saved my painful, aching feet and stopped my constant foot pain. Great arch support and they last. I put them in every one of my shoes, if they fit. Sometimes I buy 1/2 size up so I can fit these into my shoes. Can't recommend enough. Read more
These are the best Orthotics I have ever used. They fit well into all shoes as they are trimmable. The heel cushion provides excellent cushioning for heel spurs. Only drawback is the Spenco on top as that can make your feet sweat. I buy these regularly. Read more
Update: After a couple of months these caused extreme supination, throwing my gate off impacting entire body. These are a great short term aid but not long term solution. Surprisingly great product. Running with them- giving my pricey sneaks a 2nd life. Great deal. Read more
I’ve been buying these for years! Love them! They make any shoe I own waaay more comfortable. I can stand around on my feet all day without pain and going to Disney World (arriving at opening, leaving at closing every day for three days), my feet didn’t start bothering me until halfway through the second day of nonestop walking around. The rest of my family started complaining midway through the first day. Totally washable. I recommend removing the insoles that come with your shoes for extra room and comfort. I also recommend having a set for each pair of shoes because they’re made to stay in place really well so it can be a bit of a hassle to move them from shoe to shoe. At the very least, buy two. One for the shoes you use every day and one to swap out between shoes. I’ve worn them in flats, tennis shoes (Pumas), Nike running shoes and my London Fog suede boots. So they work for most shoe types. I’d bring them along when picking out shoes to make sure you have enough room. They are pretty thick. Also, no matter how thin the manufacturer’s insole is, removing it can improve comfort. I didn’t have to do that with the Puma’s but I did with the boots. Only downside is you have to replace them every year because they wear out. Basically, I love these insoles and wear them with all my shoes! Read more
Good inserts. Made my tennis shoes much more comfortable. Read more
I used to use spenco insoles exclusively and still have the polysorb cross trainers that I bought 5 and 8 years ago in some of my shoes. These newer spenco insoles are more worn out from 1 week of walking around on a weeks vacation than the old spenco insoles (allegedly same: polysorb cross trainers) I’ve had in my shoes for years. Maybe Spenco figured they could make more money by reducing the quality and longevity of the insoles, but, for me, this just means I’ll have to switch brands. I know Powerstep makes much better quality than these flimsy things. Read more

Having used this product with great results in the past, I then decided to save money with another brand. Ultimately, I returned to The Spenco Polysorb Cross Trainer insoles. I found I can get at least 6 months of relief from foot issues with Spenco vs. 2 months with the cheaper brand. Which makes the price worth it. I replace my shoes original insoles with these and my problem feet feel instantly better. I fully recommend. Deliver time was as promised, but lengthy. Read more
