After buying these - I discovered that my Brooks shoes, purchased off Amazon, had two right insoles in them. No wonder they felt weird. Anyway, these insoles are what $140.00 sneakers should already include. Definitely buy them if you need support running! Read more

I put these in my UGG slippers for better support due to my plantar fasciitis. I like this kind over the classic green and black spenco because they offer more cushioning and comfort. Didn’t work
I have planters fasciitis and these inner soles did not work for me. My foot slid a lot while they were in my shoes and I need a deeper heel cup for heel support. The arch support isn’t stiff or strong enough for my needs. I didn’t get pain relief in fact, I felt it made my pain worse. I’m a flight attendant and I’m on my feet up to 16 hours a day. Read more
