Customers find these orthotic inserts provide good support and effectively relieve foot pain, particularly for those with plantar fasciitis.

Lifesaver for my sore feet! The short cut under the toes gives me more room to wiggle! Love the hard arch. Its fantastic support and I washed my last pair for 7 years without wearing them out! Read more
I tore a ligament in my foot and had pain walking for two months— I had a trip planned to hike the Inca Trail in Peru and my Doctor didn’t think I should go, but since I’m stubborn and insisted on going, he recommended these orthotics and they definitely saved me. They provided lots of support and comfort that I needed along the trail. Definitely a great purchase for anyone with low arches or foot injuries. Read more
Great support inserts. They can be thrown in the washer and washed inside a lingerie bag. Then hung up to air dry. I mostly wear them inside my jogging runners and winter boots for walking and jogging. They do take several days to get use to wearing them and I've had to buy a 1/2 size larger in shoe size. I got these to replace some 10+ year old orthopedic prescription insoles. Good - They had good cushion -They have held up well in the months that I have had them -They fit well in my shoes -I like that they do not have much bulk in the toe portion so they fit more comfortably in small shoes. Bad -I liked the shape that they came in, it supported my foot well. However, as I have worn them the “hump” has worn down or something and it is not as supportive as it had been. I have not tried reshaping them yet. Overall good, cheap insoles that look like they will last me a long time. Read more
Yeah, they're a lot better than anything I've gotten at the drug store or super market. They made a lot of shoes more bearable, and some actually comfortable (like sneakers). Unfortunately, they don't relieve all pain all the time. And for some shoes, they just make the shoe tight. But overall, I'd say they're a good insert. Way better than those outrageously pricey orthotic inserts the podiatrists offer. Read more
I've bought Spenco 3/4 insoles for years and they are no longer the same product as in the past. They are so thick now that they are no longer comfortable (they are over 1/4" thick") and the rigid part is now plastic. When I originally started buying these, they had a thin metal base with a thin cushion and were perfect (they were about 1/8" thick). They supported my arch without interfering with the fit of the shoe. These are so thick that they make the shoe too tight to wear comfortably. I knew when I ordered these that they are not returnable, but I took the gamble that maybe they would be ok. I lost! So, I am now going to remove the cushion and see if I can salvage them in some way, although the rigid plastic part is so much thicker than the originals, that I'm not optimistic. If you're new to these, they might work for you, but if you're looking for the originals that had the metal base, these ARE NOT them. Read more
I have really flat feet, and unfortunately, I get knee pain whenever I walk or run for extended periods of time. I'm planning to get custom orthotics but I thought I'd try these out in the meantime. They've really helped reduce the amount of pain in my knees after a long day of walking or jogging. The only downside to them is that they're a little bit too thick for my flats where I probably need the most arch support. It squishes my feet too much. Read more
