I love these. With every pair of closed shoes I wear them, I’m In fact, I have to buy more. Very comfortable good support. Make sure you get the 3/4 for optimal support. Read more
I love how quickly the pain from scar tissue build up from a past surgery was gone. You have to work up to wearing them all day. You can’t just pull them out of the package and wear them for 10 hours straight from day one. You have to let your foot, especially your arches, get used to the change. Definitely worth the money! I sell shoes for a living. I needed a new 3/4 length in-sole, and the brand we have at my store don't work for my arch type. I have a med-high arch. I enjoy wearing cute shoes that don't always have much support so I buy 3/4 length in-soles for them. These in-soles have great support and are very comfortable. Be careful wearing these at first, it does take a day or two to get use to them. I recommend wearing them at home for short periods of time before wearing them all the time. Your feet will need to get use to the new type of in-sole, mine hurt a bit the first couple of times I wore them but now I can't wear shoes without them. I love this in-sole. The only down side is, I can see them breaking down quickly and not lasting more than 5-6 months with constant use, longer if you only wear them in certain shoes. These are great insoles for such a cheap price! Read more
Fine quality and fits great! I recommend to get. Read more
I've ordered 11 pairs of these since 2017 and have always enjoyed the support and comfort. I didn't notice when I did my recent "Buy Again" that it actually routed me to this new Spenco product which looks superficially like the original one but lacks the key hard plastic support in the bottom. Essentially it is now just a thin memory foam insert that has all the support of a dry sponge in your shoe. I'm also finding that the slick bottom surface of the new model slides around the shoe as I put them on and take them off and frequently find it has slipped from the heel of my shoe and requires me to remove the shoe and reset it. Very disappointed and won't be buying these again. I went back to my order history, and when I click the product on my old invoices ("Spenco Orthotic Men's/Women's 3/4-Length Arch Supports") it takes me to a page not found. I've searched for "Spenco arch support" and find a few with the plastic base but none of them are my size (Size 12-13) which gives the impression Spenco is just selling out the old inventory. I've attached photo of the old and new model. Read more

These are easy to put in and take out for switching shoes. They are not as supportive as full-length insoles but they are convenient for use in multiple pairs of shoes. So far, they have held up well. Read more
I have purchased these several times over the years for my sneakers at the recommendation of my doctor because of an episode of plantar fasciitis. They last forever. I recently purchased a new pair to put in my new pair of sneakers. According to Amazon, I last purchased them in 2017, and they're still in fairly good condition but a bit dirty from all the years of wear. The new pair isn't what I'd consider to be the dame product. They have what appears to be the same green top. But, the bottom is now only foam, like regular insole inserts. My originals have a flexible plastic bottom that to this date doesn't show much wear. Just got new ones for new shoes. These new ones have an arch support (small-which Is all I need with my flat feet), and I have no idea how it will hold up. It appears to be glued on to the foam bottom, The originals had the arch support built into the form of the plastic bottom. Yes, I acknowledge that prices have increased over the past 7 years, but going from $13.96 to $22.99 seems a bit excessive for what appears to be an inferior product. NOTE: I just checked, and today's online price is only $17.22 (8/21/25). I paid $22.99 only 5 days ago. Thanks, Amazon! 'Dynamic Pricing' sucks. Read more
