This is a good quality D-3. I sell order D-3 and K-2 seperatly because I like up take D-3 , somtimes I take up to 20,000 iu and if I feel a cold comming on I upper it to 40,0000ius for 4 days. I cant do that with k-2 added or I would get too much K-2. If you like to uptake your D-3 you can buy D-3 and K -2 seperatly Read more
