The media could not be loaded. These are amazing. My almost 2 year old boy moves a bunch in his sleep and pees a lot. He goes 12 hours overnight without a diaper change, so we get pee blowouts out the front of his diaper overnight often. After using these booster pads we haven’t had any leakage! There’s no adhesive strip but they seem to stay in place amazing, even with an active sleeper. It’s very easy to align the booster pads inside the diaper, and seems to absorb and distribute the urine more evenly towards the back of the diaper so it’s not leaking out the front. I prefer to make sure the seam of the pad is facing the diaper so it doesn’t irritate my babe, but I’m not sure if it would even be an issue regardless. One end also has a longer portion of nonabsorbant material, and I make sure that’s towards the back of the diaper. They’re so easy to put in the diaper I can do it with one hand easily. The cost of these is also lower than many other pads I came across, so the value is great. Buy these if your babe often gets nighttime blowouts! Read more

Recently, my 10-month-old decided that sleeping on his belly every night was more comfy than his back - and it came with a not-so-fun side effect: soaked pajamas and wet sheets every morning. I was constantly changing his clothes and bedding, which got old fast. After doing some research and even trying tricks like putting his diaper on backwards, I decided to give these a try - and I’m so glad I did. They truly work. On our first night using them, my son had about 10 oz before bedtime, and the next morning his pajamas and sheets were completely dry. If you’re dealing with leaky nighttime diapers, especially with a belly sleeper, I can’t recommend these enough. Read more

Around 14-15 months my daughter would start peeing through her diaper at night and wake up soaked. Every morning, she'd wake up early and I'd have to wash her sheets. I was recommended to try this product. I am so thankful I did. I placed it in her diaper overnight. It was super easy to place - place with the lined side facing down into the diaper. It slips in like a pad. I have it heavier in the front since she's a belly sleeper and thankfully sleeps through the night. The absorbency is perfect! She did not wake up early and it was full of pee the next day! Great thickness without it being uncomfortable or too thick in the diaper. Great length as well - fit great with our size 5 and 6 pampers diapers. I know it's a bit pricer but I tried everything - overnight diapers, doubling diapers, sizing up diaper and the Sposie was the only thing that worked! Read more

The Sposie Pads are almost perfect! My daughter has ASD, so she is a little older and still potty training. A three-year-old can pee a lot! I tried everything, including not letting her drink anything before bed and even two Huggies Overnights diapers together to keep her from having leakage at night. Nothing worked! Every morning she would be soaked, and her stuffed animals would be as well. So I searched and found these. Because my daughter has extremely delicate and sensitive skin prone to rashes, I bought the non-adhesive Sposie diaper pads. They were easy to use. A little challenging to put diaper rash cream like Desitin on because of the movement and the way the cream sticks to the pad, but it's ok. I use the Sposie non-adhesive with Huggies Overnights, and the first night, there were no leaks! I was shocked. My little girl tosses and turns a lot and sleeps 10 to 12 hours at night. I was very impressed with the leak protection. I had two dislikes: 1- they stick to everything like diaper cream because they are non-adhesive. So I am buying the adhesive type and hoping it is just as gentle as this one and won't create rashes. 2- three nights with leaks, although they were significantly less than without them. I noticed the leaks were usually when my daughter had diaper rash cream on in a significant amount. The cream seemed to soak into the pad and create a barrier or something and make it less effective. However, the adhesive type I am trying next is 20% more absorbent. So we will see. I love THIS product, so if the other does not work out and causes a rash, then I will Subscribe and Save to this product through Amazon. I would HIGHLY recommend this product to not only toddlers, but also to kids with developmental delays or disabilities up to older adults who have some incontinence. Seriously, they will help people of all ages. So try them out for yourself, and you will see why these are a product we will have in our home for a very long time. Read more

These diaper inserts work great - my 2 year old was consistently soaking through her nighttime diapers. Even after sizing up, she would still leak after a 11 hour night sleep. I did some research and found these Sposie diaper inserts - they are amazing! No more leaks! I have been using them for months now and have had zero issues. These are a must-have for toddlers who sleep through the night and aren't old enough to use the bathroom on their own. As a side note, I wasn't sure how to use these at first - I thought you had to "open" the insert before putting them in the diaper. DON'T do this. Just place the pad directly in the diaper. It looks like it has a wrapper, but this is part of the pad and meant to be left on. It works great! Read more
