Great boots. Touchable leather, smooth and soft, in a shape that, for my medium width foot, is very comfortable, but tapered to fit close No gap at the ankle, which can bother me with some boots. These are feminine/gently dressy, and in no way feminine/ clunky. . I chose the color bordeaux, since black & browns are easy to find. The color is burgundy-rich, but not loud, & the color, the gloss & the soft leather are all part of what does dress these up, despite the comfy lower heels . I suspect these will scuff if tested and plan to baby them a bit for while. Those who hate a scuff that "ruins" shine might not like these as they age, but I suspect I will like them pristine AND like them scuffy, too. Read more
