I used this cleaner 3 times and it’s garbage. I used it for five minutes today, it worked great. I refilled the water and went to turn it on, at first it wouldn’t turn so I changed the outlet. The screen flashed and water not steam poured out of the nozzle without the power on but it sounded like it was on. It did have power to it but the screen flashed on then off and it poured water on my floor. Tried to use it over my sink to see to see what would happen and without the power being on it sounded like it was powered on, then water poured out into my sink there was a small brief amount of steam then the steam stopped and it poured water. I like it a lot. It works really good. The only drawback is it doesn't have a trigger to squeeze for the steam. Once it starts, it automatically comes and won't stop until you turn the power off.
