Changing to a non-SLS toothpaste changed my life. It's reduced my incidence of canker sores by 90%. Squigle is my favorite of the non-SLS brands. If you still get a canker sore, ask your dentist or doctor to prescribe kenalog, which is a steroid paste that will knock out any remaining canker sores. Read more
