I looked for about an hour on Amazon for quality down pillows and nothing for the bill, even for ones with pricing same as these pillows. The reviews were very hit or miss. Then I found these pillows. I am familiar with the St Regis hotels as I stay at Four Seasons Resorts and the St Regis is in the same high caliber class as the Four Seasons. I knew their bedding would be top. The pillows arrived and they are perfect! Firm and fluffy, yet still soft to conform around your head and give the perfect amount of support. First few days were really nice. After only a few days however, these pillows lost their loft. Really disappointing for the price and definitely didn't live up to the hype. The build quality is excellent, but comfort and certainly longevity, not so much. Consider purchasing if you enjoy crepes. Read more

The pillow was exactly what I was looking for when it first arrived. It had the right softness and firmness I was looking for that reminded me of the St Regis hotels I’ve stayed at. However, three weeks later and the pillow has flattened. At this price, it’s hard to justify buying a pillow that flattened out on your after several weeks of use. Read more

I've had this pillow for about 2 months. It's perfect for side sleepers and great for back sleepers. I wished it would have been 10%-15% firmer for better support. It gets pretty flat but so far I didn't have any neck aches and I sleep well on it.
