These are by far my favorite "pick me up". Easy to swallow. No aftertaste. No jittery feeling (though my nose does run once they kick in). I like the herbal ingredients, nothing harsh. I received my Stacker 2 Black Jacks in the mail today, I was very excited about trying them because i have been buying the Stacker 2 energy shots over and over again for a while, (not to expensive but after a while adds up ) I ate and took one before I played basketball and i felt great. it gave me energy that lasted the whole time i played, So me and a friend decided after we were done playing basketball to go running. So I said ok but first I went home to eat, and then I took another Black Jack energy pill. At the beginning of the run everything was great but after a few minutes into the run I started to feel a little sick to my stomach. I paid this no mind and continued to run. Coming up to the end of the run it started to get worse but i figured it was just mostly fatigue kicking in and continued to run. I had made it to the end which was a quarter mile sprint and then I knew something was wrong my friend continued. I turned a corner off the side walk and vomited in an alley to avoid throwing up on the side walk, but after I spilled my lunch all over the place i got back to the sprint and finished. It could have been where I had took two of them in one day but the one before was great for playing basketball. So in this review for my experience if you want something to get you going for the day to wake you up or for mild excercize such as basketball, lifting weights, or anything like that you should be fine, but as for running or jogging or any type of hard intense cardio I wouldn't use this product. I would also recommend only taking one of these bad boys a day. From my experience more than one could make you sick. however everyone's body's works differently. So for me i'm only going to take one a day and do less intense excercize while taking this Supplement Great energy, but don't push yourself while using it you could get sick. But overall i do recommend to for energy. I give it 3 out of 5 stars. Read more
