I set up my Ben and had it running when I had a group of friends over for a dinner party. Everyone wanted to know where I got it. It looks really cool. It is whisper quiet. The cool mist imitation flame is a very nice touch. I used orange essential oil and it diffuses very well. I can't say enough about how much I love my new Ben. I have a couple of other diffusers that do the job, but this is more of a display piece. Read more
I loved this product in the beginning. I have it set up in my clinical office, and I enjoyed the benefits along with the atmosphere. I rinsed it every morning and refilled it (with Berkey filtered water) before even turning on my computer in my office. Slowly, I started to notice a formation of mold inside the water tank. The daily mold build-up increased, and when I wanted to return it, the return deadline was missed by 2 days. So now I am having to throw away a costly humidifier. I also have the Stadler's KARL humidifier and have used it for over a year with no issues at all. As I do recommend the KARL, I advise AGAINST the Stadler Form Ben Aroma Diffuser Humidifier, Black,B-102. Read more

This unit is compact enough to fit on my nightstand and provides excellent humidification. Plus the flame affect is really pretty. Only thing is the tank takes a minute to install. You need to tilt it and put the bottom in first. Read more
I really like the idea but I’m surprised at how noisy it is. I was hoping this would help me sleep, but I’m not sure. There’s a pretty noticeable “hum” in addition to a water splashing sound. Set up was easy enough and the well is large. It’s not especially easy to take the water well out to refill. That part is a little awkward. And I noticed that it omits a plastic smell even after I wronged it out and put a little oregano oil in. I’m hoping that will go away after a while. Read more
I loved the humidifier at first as we live in a dry climate. BUT if the power buttons quit working after only one month of use and no steam NOT worth the money. I also purchased the expensive filters to make sure that the filtered water was super filtered so that it would not mess with the humidifier. Not super happy with it at this point. It looks very impressive, especially when on high. And it has the nice, sleek design of Stadler Form. But it sounds like dripping, running water when turned on - very loud. The plastic is thin and lightweight. I will be returning because it is so loud. If it was quiet, I would consider keeping it. However, the tank is enclosed plastic with a small round lid. This would be very difficult to clean. For this price point I expect more. Read more
