Overpriced with mediocre supporting app

This air purifier is overpriced. The fabric pre -filter is very thin and arrived ripped on the front panel. The combined hepa and carbon filters seemed to heavy for the frame, both filters were sagging from the weight. This caused the filters to sit very loosely in the air purifier and a visible gap between the top of the filters and the air purifier which means dust and dirt can get behind the filter to the fan. The air quality sensors didn't respond to changes in the air quality (I had another air purifier in the same location that ramped up the fan speed when I popped popcorn). The app (Tuya Smart) is very poorly finished. I provided a picture with the text highlighted under the pm 2.5 number to show overlapping text. The app only shows pm 2.5 levels even though the air purifier has a gas sensor. There is now way to check the gas levels from the app. Read more
