This is a wonderful fountain for your small pets to use and enjoy. Set-up is very easy and quick with nice, multi-lingual instructions to guide your progress. The water filter is a great way to keep the water clean and flowing. There is a good sized water level viewing port with a nice blue led lighting the reservoir. This is a great way to see the water level without having to light the entire room. This fountain has a large one gallon capacity which allows the water pump to operate efficiently and quietly while still maintaining a high water flow through the filter. After the fountain was assembled in my home, my two cats were very curious of what I had brought them. Neither of them had any problems whatsoever with the water fountain and they were both happy to try the water from the fountain. I had mixed concerns about bringing a water fountain into their environment and potentially causing unnecessary stress. This was about the farthest thing from their reactions. I like this fountain more and more every day. Having clean filtered water available for my cats is a great relief for me. Assembly is very easy and can be completed in less than 15 minutes. Water flows well. Quiet. I can see the light from a distance. I just got it so I can't speak to durability. When it arrived, the filters weren't in the box. I contacted customer service and Joann took care of my issue. She sent me replacement filters right away. Great service. Overall I think this fountain will suit my needs. Update!! I originally gave this a one star because it only last two months but I reached out to the manufacturer and they immediately sent me a replacement and refunded me for my original purchase. Five stars all around. Thank you so much!!! Kitter approves too! We would absolutely order from this company again. I liked it a lot I thought it looked nice and held a lot of water. Unfortunately we bought it at the end of September and it’s now January 5th and the motor stopped working. So that’s a bummer.
