Just bought a glasstop stove and needed new pots and pans. Heard that stainless steel was a great option. I've never owned stainless before. Love the quality and finish on these. They surprised by how heavy and durable they seem to be. With that said it's definitely a different experience cooking with stainless versus nonstick coated pans.
