Weak suction cups

Design is too heavy for itself for the suction cups used. I purchased 2 for use in both of our showers. One shower is standard glazed porcelain tile, the other is a builder grade fiberglass shower/tub wrap combination. The brush holder won't stay attached to either, no matter how clean, dry, damp or warm the suction cups are when the holder is installed. Location in the shower doesn't seem to matter either. I tried both where it would stay more damp from shower mist and the driest locations. It's also not even a matter of the weight of the intended dish brush, they eventually fall off even when left empty. I tried installing both as pictured and upside down without any better results.
