Extremely Sharp – Great for Toenails, But Use with Caution After nicking my fingers a couple of times, I now use this tool exclusively for my toes. It’s very sharp—too harsh for fingernails in my opinion—but perfect for tougher toenails. I really like the sturdy case, and the tool itself feels solid and well-made. I’ve even used it to gently sand off dead skin from my big toes (don’t judge! 😄), and it worked surprisingly well. If you’re looking to shorten long nails quickly, this will grind through them in seconds—just be very careful while using it! Read more

It is hard to imagine how this product could work better. Both sides are effective at removing material. The smoother side is good at finishing for my purposes. The file surfaces seem "sharp" and likely to stay that way. Read more
