Rich and smooth! I had a dr suggest espresso to me after i couldnt stomach add medication. Its the only thing that helps me focus or i start stuttering really bad and cant focus at all/get flustered really easy. i drink this coffee every morning for medicinal purposes and i just love that its not bitter especially after adding in a little cocoa syrup, a pinch of sugar(preferably monk fruit in the raw) and 2 tbsp of colburn farms non-dairy liquid creamer(save a lot). This roast calms me down and it doesnt taste burnt like some espresso’s ive had. My husband and i are whole bean people because i just dont like the taste my seasonings cabinets give ground coffee it will just soak in all the “flavors” around it unless you buy a special air tight canister, i can simply just leave this in the bag, grind what i need for the week, and put it in a mason jar. also ground coffee can go bad so fast and harbor moisture! Beans last for months. This was a-part of a fathers day gift for my husband; manual grinder, french press, and this large bag of coffee beans. I think ill try to hunt down the sumatrian roast next! I love Starbucks coffee. This coffee has great flavor and body. It' great to wake up to the smell of freshly ground, freshly brewed Starbucks French Roast Extra Bold Coffee. What a way to start my day! Unfortunately, I did not know that I would have to go to the public entrance and carry my package to my apartment. Ship Carrier: Ensenda Status: Delivered Location: Front door Signed for by: Released by Delivery Agent My package was not left at my front door. It was left in the PUBLIC ENTRANCE. I live in a high rise building and I'm totally disabled. The Delivery Agent stood in the public entrance, and rang my bell. When I answered, he stated, "Your package is here." Since all of our packages are delivered to our apartment doors, I pressed the unlock public entrance button and waited for my package to be delivered to my apartment. After a few minutes, I went downstairs and luckily found my package still sitting in the public entrance. Anyone could have picked up my package and left. Since I was unable to carry my package to my apartment, my neighbor had to carry it to my apartment. THIS IS NOT PACKAGE DELIVERY! UPS has Ebou deliver our packages to our apartment doors. Even USPS delivers our packages to our apartment doors. I'm really disappointed that Amazon has chosen such a poor delivery service. I've been ordering from Amazon for years and never had this problem. Please fire Ensenda for not actually delivering the package to my front door and misrepresenting exactly where my package was left. Read more

This product delivered strong, robust, smoky coffee flavor which worked well in a blend with a weaker decaf coffee on a 50-50 basis mandated by my Dr. Sometimes SBX roast is a bit too much towards the burnt end of the flavor spectrum, maybe 20% shrinkage but this one worked pretty well at maintaining some caramelly sweetness on top of the smoky expresso profile. It was nice and oily and seemed to have been fresh roasted recently which is the ideal thing to my mind. It was a little pricey vs what I pay at Costco but it was probably fresher...a fair tradeoff. I love love love these espresso beans!!! My wife and I love to drink coffee. Because of covid we don't go out much these days and we don't want to go out just to get coffee. and with Keurig we have, I could never recreate the flavors I get from the coffee shop. So I purchased an espresso machine and this coffee pack of coffee beans to go with the machine. I was astounded by the result. I was able to recreate the flavor I've been missing by adding the espresso from these beans to milk. I am so in love, my wife and I went through this bag of coffee beans in 2 weeks.
