StarTech failed to send the product.
A couple of days after I received this order I realized they sent me an empty envelope for one of the 1m cables. I tried to get another one sent and was told to contact StarTech. Startech told me I had to go through Amazon and gave me a support number that was no longer in service. Due to time constraints I had to buy another cable. Read more
