The media could not be loaded. I call this my magic wand. I have several steam cleaners, but none of them have the power this one has. I have a very old kitchen floor that was impossible to clean. This steam cleaner just melted the dirt and grime off the floor. I use it on the porcelain sink and tub, and everywhere that dirt and crime is embedded on the surface. It took a while to figure it out. Most products these days do not include good directions, and there are two openings for water. The water lasts a long time and it heats up really fast. I have to set the box on a flat surface and attach the appropriate attachments, and just watch the dirt simply rise to the surface. It is like an indoor power washer! It is worth having this steam cleaner if you could only have one appliance. Worth the investment and made well. Read more
This steamer is a mixed bag of utilitarian. Opening up the packaged we quickly noticed that several of the accessories were missing (see photo). Additionally, the instructions are sparse and don't give much of an idea of how to use each item for each style of cleaning. When it comes to use, this cleaner makes you feel like you should be able to tackle hard to clean surfaces, however, it doesn't deliver. Mold, mildew, rust, and smoke on walls were some of the surfaces we tried to clean and found that the steam cleaner was far more work than simply spraying cleaner and wiping down the same surfaces. Getting the machine setup isn't too difficult, but makes more of a project out of cleaning than it's worth. For a small device, it pumps out a decent amount of steam, but not in a way that's usable for daily projects. WARNING: The instructions don't include a memo to wear gloves, but the steam is hot enough to harm the skin, so be sure to pop those on before tackling a cleaning project. We used one of the brush accessories to clean our tub, but unfortunately the brush head melted, making it completely unusable for any future projects. It would seem to me that the accessories provided should be rated high enough to withstand the steam heat of the machine it comes with -- unfortunately, they do not. Read more

This steam cleaner packs a punch in a small package. Its small size is great for maneuverability, allowing me to get into tight areas. The nozzle is fairly small, and builds steam pressure well. If you are treating a small area, this handheld unit is fairly effective. I would not recommend cleaning a whole kitchen floor with it, but it is suited for grout or small stained areas. It feels solid in my hands, but I would be concerned if I dropped it - especially when full of water. This set comes with the steam unit, its nozzle with hose, a set of heavy gloves, and an assortment of adapters for the end of the nozzle. It has everything you need to start steaming around your home, making it a good value for the money. I would advise to use fairly pure water - like deionized or RO water as you don't want harder water deposits to block the steam orifices or plug the nozzle. It heats up in an acceptable time, but the delay between steam bursts really slows down progress. For a unit that I can use once in a while in a pinch its handy to have. Read more

Infinite uses from mold to algae to just cleaning stains. I've used to get algae out of outdoor water bowls & the pool liner for my chickens & ducks. Cleaned the soap scum off my bathroom stone & shower doors & mold off my shed. Even used to get grease & oil stains out of my jeans better than any chemical did. So the stain removal is great. Larger water tank is great just make sure you use distilled water. The accessories are really nice. Funtions great. What's up fast. Great pressure/power. Definitely a great price for the power & versatility Read more
Please bear in mind that I have never touched a steam cleaner (outside of using a steam vac) before getting this one, so my opinions come from a point of inexperience. I was impressed with the number of attachments that came with the steam cleaner. I never thought about how I would need this or that. I always figured that you just have a nozzle that "shoots" the dirty thing. After playing with it for a while, I can see how valuable it is to have say a scrub brush to give that little extra push needed to break up dirt. I thought the gloves were a little much, but they turned out to be pretty valuable. They did a good job of keeping my hands safe and dry. The instructions are simple but easy to parse. They don't really prepare you for how the device will work like, at all. I would have appreciated a better idea of what kind of pressure are we talking about, et cetera. But in terms of how to set it up for use and adjusting the settings, it was straightforward. I had two things to test the steam cleaner out on: a stained curtain and a hunting knife and sheath that was left on top of a cabinet for years. I started with the knife. It could fit in the kitchen sink. I reasoned if I was dealing with more power than I thought, or something went sideways, a sink was a good place for that to happen. So, it turned out the pressure was not that scary. It was quite manageable, and I got the hang of what was going on pretty quickly. Changing between the settings was relatively easy, especially the steam settings. It took a good fifteen seconds to get steam the first time I turned it on, but it recovered quickly once it had been "primed." I used one of the plastic brush attachments. As you can see, it did a good job of cleaning off the sheath as well as the tarnish on the knife. I'm sure that a second go 'round would yield better results now that I know what I'm doing. The curtain turned out fairly decent as well. This was a grease-based stain, so using steam alone to get those results on a first try is pretty impressive in my book. Again, I'm sure I could get it even cleaner now that I know what I'm doing. Kind of. Assembly and disassembly was quick and easy. I'm largely impressed with everything. I will note that getting all the water out of the reservoir is fiendishly difficult. There's a drain plug to pull that will get most of the water out. However, I think the bottom must be ever so slightly uneven. The last bit of water simply pools around the drain hole, as if it were slightly elevated. I had to angle it just so to get the water to "shoot" to the hole. It was quite a big pain. That's why I gave it four stars instead of five. As a newbie to the world of steam cleaning, I'd say this is a pretty decent little steam cleaner for fellow newbies. I regret nothing. Read more
