Exceeded my Expectations
This is the best steam cleaner I've had. Powerful , fast and controlled electronically by a single button on the wand. (Two AAA) BATTERIES REQUIRED. The attachments are very robust The steamer is leak proof and doesn't drip when tipped over. Time will tell on reliability but for now I am very delighted. Read more
My steamer is defective
Does not produce water, let alone steam. Requires 2xAAA batteries and to pair hand nozzle to unit. Red light on indicates "heating up". After 5 seconds light turns blue, no steam or water. Contacted customer support, no help. Watched videos on similar units to make sure it's not an "operator error"... nope. Unit is just defective. Read more
Works but leaks.
It leaks from the bottom since it just a rubber plug. I also noticed after just a few days of use it’s not as hot as it was on days one and two. Really sad that the cord is super sort you really have to keep it close when using it in higher up places. Also the hose requires batteries so it plugs in but the hand held is batter powered. Seems weird. Good for what it is till I’m able to get a better name brand one. Read more
Happy wife
Bought this for my wife, good purchase. She loves it. Says it's the best steamer she's ever had even compared to big name brands at a portion of the cost. Heats up quick and has a big water tank so your not refilling every 5 minutes. And with the different heads it gives you a lot of options on how to use it. Now my mother and sister want one too. Nice little steam cleaner.
I really like this steam cleaner and all the attachments it comes with. I got it mostly for my floors - with 3 big dogs they get dirty fast. The steam cleaner mop attachment makes me feel like I get a deep clean with a lot less effort and without needing to get down on my hands and knees for hours. It does have a decent sized tank but I have a really big floor, so I ended up needing to refill it a couple times. When I used it just to clean the bathtub/bathroom it was definitely sufficient for the smaller area. It does require both batteries and power cord, but I guess that's not really a big problem since I usually have batteries laying around. A rechargeable option for the handheld might be nice though. I also thought it was pretty easy to clean the attachments to store them after use. It is small and lightweight enough to store in a closet but I did find a mesh bag for all the attachments - don't want them to grow mold or mildew as that would defeat their purpose! Read more
