I am absolutely delighted with this high-pressure steam cleaner! I give it 5 stars without hesitation because it exceeded all my expectations and made cleaning tasks I previously hated quick, easy, and, frankly, satisfying! I thought the 4 Bar Pressure would be a good indicator of overall quality and effectivness. Compared to a replacement I just made, there is too much air pressure and not enough water. I can hold my hand close to the water (do not recommend), and it is approaching hot. I think what is happening there is so much air mixed with a little bit of water, this machine ends up spraying warm fine mist a high pressure rather than hot water or steam pressure. Works ok and for what is, I left it a 4 stars because it didn't seem to have anay flaws from what was advertised. I will be looking at 2500W now with 3 Bar pressure next in hopes there is more of a focus on steam vs. warm mist. Read more

My only complaint about this steamer is how short the electrical cord is. It seriously hampers using it unless it's close to an outlet. For me, this is very frustrating. Read more
