Wow! I didn't expect this to be this good. Because this is an electric device that use water, please be sure to read the instructions thoroughly before using this. This little steamer does pack a punch, cleaning power is great, very easy to use. Two things that I wish that the steamer had 1. A little window or some way to see how much water is still in the container and 2. Wish that once the steamer heat up it and turn green that it would last longer then 1 or 2 seconds. Read more

The steamer itself works, but the nozzle is defective and none of the attachments fit onto it. The 1st photo shows how the nozzle tip is supposed to be flush as shown on the box. The 2nd photo shows how mine arrived with a gap on the nozzle. The 3rd photo shows how the attachment doesn't fit and the button won't lock into place. Read more

If you want a STIFF SHORT HOSE this is it. I’m not happy with this steamer because of the hose. Also there’s not a “on” switch that stays on. Add that to a hose you constantly wrestle with and holding the button on while using. If a person had three hands and arms it’d be okay.
