This 10-in-1 Handheld Steam Cleaner works wonders. The instructions are clear and really depict how easy to use it really is. The many attachments each have specific use easily attach to the locking nozzle ends. The scrub brush took the grime right out of the grout on my counter tops and tile floors! I just had to steam, lightly scrub, and wipe it away. The window attachment comes with a washable cloth that made cleaning glass super simple and effective. I’ve tried using this product to clean grout and tile as well as my stainless steel kitchen sink. For a handheld steamer it works pretty good. It’s very easy to use. One thing to bear in mind is if after cleaning, if the safety cap is just spinning and won’t come off, it’s not broken. That is normal. It’s designed to prevent you from burning yourself. Unplug the unit and let it cool for fifteen minutes and the cap should unscrew. There’s not much to this unit. It’s a simple design and comes with some very useful attachments. One thing I’m skeptical about is the heat: the product listing claims this will put out steam up to 110 Celsius / 230 Fahrenheit. Again, I’m skeptical about this claim. I have an instant read thermometer and hit that thing with a continuous blast of steam from this unit and the highest the thermometer read was 125 degrees Fahrenheit. Not that hot for steam cleaning. In fact, the manual even states that the hottest it gets is 110 Celsius (and again I’m skeptical of that claim) to prevent injury and therefore it is not recommended for deep cleaning! I’m going to try out this unit on a few more surfaces and see how it goes. I’m contemplating exchanging it for a larger and much more powerful unit. Again for simple stains this thing is great but it doesn’t seem to be particularly well suited for intense deep cleaning. Read more

I took the steamer out of its box, read the instructions, and removed the safety cap to fill it with water. I plugged it in, let it warm up, then proceeded to steam clean some shower grout. It worked wonderfully, until it was time to add more water. Since the unit holds around 250 ml of water, refilling comes quickly. I tried to unscrew the safety cap, and it just spun and spun in place, never tightening and never loosening. Therein lies the end of my journey with this steam cleaner.
