The media could not be loaded. I ordered this a little while ago. I don’t usually do reveiws. But this one is a 10/10 would definitely recommend. Especially if you have kids or pets. It took years of slim and smoke and gunk off my walls. It does get hot don’t let the littles touch it. But it’s very convenient and it can move a decent distance. I have 3 kids and a cat. And we all live in a one bedroom appartment. Before we lived here the previous owners smoked. And no matter what I did it would not come out of the walls. It’s a good price for what it is. Sorry for rambling my excitement is unreal. I cleaned the girls bedroom in less than in hour with this steamer. Best product ever. Read more

Most steamers are shaped like a pitcher, and they are all identical in operation This product has managed top improve on the average steamer in every way. Comes to steam in a third of the time my old pitcher shaped steamer did, has a long hose to allow for movement around a room, has a hand held wand style sprayer instead of having to carry around the weight of a stainless steel pitcher. Cord is long so I can move around the etire room with no effort. Steam is amost instantaneous, virtually no waiting time. Well exceeds my expectations, has my highest recommendation. Read more
This was an amazing product until it broke. I was cleaning I was taking care of it properly following all of the proper procedures and then it broke. I believe that the motor on it had blown up and we had to get rid of it due to fire hazard because even without it being plugged in it got hot. We will worried about the battery exploding. While it did work it was easy to use, it was a very nice product, the cleaning power was honestly very very good, it honestly worked better than some of the other steam cleaners that cost $200 to $500. I just think that the way it's built had a lot to do with it breaking. The worst thing about it is that I could not get a refund for it. Read more
