I love these skorts! I had a recent ab surgery and was told "be careful with clothing choices," no jeans, anything tight. I ordered these because they're stretchy and looked comfy. They're very comfortable, the waist doesn't roll & I can wear them anywhere. Fabric is very nice--the skirt hangs nicely and is good quality fabric and stitching. I love having the pretty look of a skirt and the comfort and practicality of shorts. I have other skorts, but I like these the best because they lay flat on my tummy and do not bind. I have 3 so far, black, navy and light blue. I ordered the black one first, and loved it, so I ordered more. The colors are rich and accurate. I love these skorts! The fit is perfect, and the length works really well for both the gym and casual wear around town. The material feels high quality, and I really like the style. My only suggestion would be to improve the inner short legs — they tend to ride up during activity. A stronger elastic or a small rubber grip strip could help keep them in place. I would say this fits TTS and if in between sizes, size down. I'm 5'1" and have a 28.5" waist with 39" hips and small fits me perfectly, though it offers no compression in the waist. It's very flattering and the undershorts are nice and stretchy. I have this in 3 colors; cotton candy pink, neon green and black and I will say the pink and green fabrics are softer than the black, which is thicker and not as bouncy as the others. I always receive compliments when I wear one and have been asked to send the link a handful of times. For the price, this is a great skirt. I ordered this despite the mixed reviews. I got black, the photos have sunlight in them so it might appear off, but it not. The skirt is well made, and is super stretchy. It does NOT have that weird elastic band that pinches your stomach/sides. For my curvy girls, I would recommend going with your usual size. I think the skirt runs slightly big, BUT due to the booty and thighs it checks out in length. I think if you were to size down it would then be too small and your booty would be out. The front is straight and slightly flairs out on the sides so it’s flattering, and the back has nice pleats that are also flattering. I had some strings sticking out of the back stitching but I think it’s just extra from the sewing because I don’t see it unraveling. I have NOT washed the skirt yet, so I can’t attest to what it does. Read more
