These came in a variety of colors, individually wrapped, without cards. You can get these to pass out as prizes, put in pinatas, Valentine's Day, little goodie bags, anything! They come individually wrapped, in sets of 4, all the same color, in one little bag. There are a variety of fun colors. I honestly think this is a great value for 48! They are cute, fun, no funky smells, not super thick, but don't rip easily. Very sticky too! My 8yr old and 3 yr old love playing with these sticky hearts. They're playing with them right now actually! Haha! I wouldn't recommend these around very little children who still put things in their mouths. I am a substitute teacher and I always look for little things to take him to the classroom. Call it a bribe if you must but it works. And when I get stuff for my classroom it has to be stuff the kids like.
