Have now used this product daily for more than two years and can thank that the muscle build up of my upper body. The product is very solid and no flimsy parts. The only think is the outermost rubber handles where prone to move inward. But an easy fix is to put thin ropes in it's end openings that let it be impossible to move from the end. I really like the product. It’s strong and sturdy. Three people (all different shapes, size, and height) have been using this pull up bar every day. I would say if you stick to your routine and workout every day, you’ll definitely get stronger. I had to remove my top trim in order to have the pull up bar fit where it should be (see picture). But I’m not too worried about that; I could always put it back on. It’s definitely safe and easy to assemble! I would recommend getting the pull up bar, but make sure you’re ready to remove the top trim if need be. Or just make sure it fits wherever you want it to be. This bar is very strong and will reliably hold at least 340#'s. Several hand grip positions make it versatile too. It is very heavy and relies on your door frame for strength so be sure your door frame will support the weight you're going to put on it before installing or you may find yourself in close contact with the cleaniness/dirt laden floor with bruises somewhere from your heavy duty pullup bar. Is there anyway to contact your store's customer service? Two of the grip pads on the inner bar are completely split down the middle. Is this a part of the design ? I included photos of the damaged grip pads. Also, the small switch/nob that allows the folding arm to fold, does not always stick in place, so the arm does not get held into place correctly, it just falls back down. I bought this by mistake after failing to realize that it's not entirely portable. I needed a product that won't require damaging or marking walls in anyway. Unfortunately this one does not fit the bill, as it requires the consumer to drill mounting holes for brackets that are supposed to secure the pull up bar frame above the doorway. It looks sturdy and probably will perform great but unfortunately will not suit my needs. Read more

Nice quality, works great. but... make sure you think before you buy. Most doors are near the corner of a wall, Rarely are door in the middle of a wall. Meaning, the bars stick out, you cant install on a door near a wall because bars will hit wall. Read more
